1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing and using the CloudBlitz Learning Management System (LMS), you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below. Violation of these terms may result in restricted access or permanent suspension from the LMS.

2. User Access and Authentication:

Only registered students, trainers, and authorized personnel are granted access to the LMS.
Login credentials are confidential and should not be shared with others.
Any unauthorized access or attempt to breach the LMS security will result in immediate suspension and legal action if necessary.

3. Course Material and Intellectual Property:

All course materials, including videos, presentations, documents, and assessments, are the intellectual property of CloudBlitz and Greamio.
Redistribution, reproduction, or sharing of course content outside the LMS is strictly prohibited.
Any violation of intellectual property rights will result in legal consequences.

4. Attendance and Course Completion Requirements:

Maintain a minimum of 85% attendance in live sessions to access placement opportunities.
Complete all assignments, projects, and case studies within the stipulated deadlines.
Submit course-end and capstone projects within 7 days of course completion.
Successfully complete all course modules, including at least 90% of self-learning videos.

5. Placement Readiness and Eligibility:

Attend all Placement Sessions, Revision Sessions, and Communication Sessions to enhance employability skills.
Successfully clear the Placement Readiness Test (PRT) to gain access to the placement pool and job portal.
Avoid malpractices during assessments or assignments; violations will lead to permanent disqualification from the placement program.
Pre-placement fees must be settled before joining the placement batch.
Post-placement fees must be paid within one week of receiving the first salary.

6. Code of Conduct:

Maintain respectful behavior towards trainers, staff, and fellow students.
Any misconduct, harassment, or damage to LMS infrastructure or CloudBlitz premises may result in penalties or admission cancellation without a refund.
Any defamatory, offensive, or harmful content posted on the LMS will result in account suspension.

7. Confidentiality and Data Privacy:

Personal details provided during registration will be used for academic and promotional purposes by CloudBlitz.
Students must not share course materials, schedules, or any other proprietary information outside the LMS.
CloudBlitz reserves the right to use student feedback and performance metrics for internal analysis and improvement.

8. LMS System Maintenance and Modifications:

CloudBlitz reserves the right to modify course structures, training schedules, and LMS functionalities when necessary.
The LMS may undergo scheduled maintenance, during which access may be temporarily unavailable.
Any updates or modifications will be communicated to students in advance.

9. Refund and Batch Transfer Policy:

Refunds are only applicable to registration fees, processed within one week of registration.
No refunds will be issued once admission is completed.
Batch changes are not permitted after batch acceptance, except under management discretion.

10. Termination of LMS Access:

Violation of any terms outlined above will result in restricted or permanent loss of access to the LMS.
CloudBlitz reserves the right to suspend or terminate LMS access in case of breach of policies, misconduct, or non-payment of fees.

By continuing to use the LMS, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to these Terms and Conditions. CloudBlitz reserves the right to update these terms as needed.
